A Turn Of The Page And A Week Of Productivity
A fresh comic, some assorted news, and a new story
Good morning, fair people of the internet. Welcome to another dance with disaster. Thank you for flying.
First we have what else but a new installment of LEGEND OF THE SWORD BEARER:
Here, Elwyn becomes indignant with General Cadoc, insisting that earth be left out of the war. General Cadoc is a great strategist, but sometimes he loses track of the human element of war.
This was… a week. I can’t say it was good, but it was productive. I managed to work on some home improvement projects, including installing a new shelf on my wall for my books. It was seriously running out of room on my current shelf; I’ll have to downsize again, soon. I’m also starting work on a project in the kitchen; that’ll be an ongoing project, for sure.
I’ve also been hard at work in the garden. I finished planting virtually all the vegetables and flowers I planned on planting this year. The sunflowers and lettuce have already sprouted in fact. If you want to know more about that, check out my Lea and Legume column over at Mountain Rhapsody Newsletter.
As for THE FALL OF EMRYS, well… let’s just say it’s going. I’m completely restructuring the middle part of the book right now. It looks like I’m likely not going to make my July deadline. I’ll have to push it to my birthday in August.

I’ve also started work on a short story for my Walter Ulric series. This one was born entirely on Twitter, and I hope it’ll be quite a treat for all of you once it’s out.
As many if not most of you are aware, I made the announcement last week that I would be releasing a new short story to my paid subscribers. Well, it is available now, as you’re reading this!
After a long and bloody war against Annwyn, Avalon and the human race finally have the upper hand. But the gods of Annwyn have a more sinister plan. Well, that’s all for today. Thanks for reading and have a great week!
